This Agreeance is entered into betwixt you, the entity or individual viewing the Anus Face on-line author site and related documentation, including but not limited to text, graphics, client-side programming scripts, layouts, colors (the "Web Site") with the intent of processing Anus Face for private reading, as the source of literary debate or simply as the subject of passing or greater than passing interest and Anus Face (the "Author,") - the provider of the stories, accompanying artwork, analyses, synopses, anecdotes, and more ("Story Goods").  The terms below are in consideration of and shall govern your Web Site usage, Story Goods interaction, and Author perception.

Read the terms of this Agreeance and privacy policy, as they are necessary before interacting with the Story Goods or other digital material (the "Stories about the Stories").  By clicking the "I accept" button (the "top button") at the end of the Agreeance, or by downloading or using the Story Goods or art, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Agreeance.  If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreeance, click the "I decline" button (the "bottom button") at the end of these terms and do not download or use the Story Goods, or read the Web Site.

If you are a reseller of books (including digital) and you are downloading the Story Goods on behalf of your end users, by clicking the "I accept" button at the end of this Agreeance (the top button), you acknowledge and agree that (i) you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of such end users and bind such end users to the terms below; or (ii) you have otherwise required such end users to agree, in writing, to the terms set forth herein.

If you are a publisher, engagement manager or conference big-wig ("event planner") downloading the Story Goods on behalf of your patrons, by clicking the "I accept" button (the top button) at the end of this Agreeance, you acknowledge and agree that (i) you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of such patrons and bind such patrons to the terms below; or (ii) you have passed through the terms below to your patrons who may be seeing the author.

  1. Cookie:

    The Web Site uses cookie for the following purposes including but not limited to: Story Goods rating, Jokes rating, Blog post rating, Popular pages analysis, Click-flows, Heat maps, A-slash-B testing of a) layout differentiation b) content differentiation, search keyword optimization, Robot scrape-and-harvest preventation. As a user, you agree that your visit here is recorded, and to allow server-side ("session") cookie. Usage of this site indicates that your browser accepts cookies.

    If you are a legitimate search engine robot administrator, or otherwise have a need to view Story Goods without accepting cookies, please contact the site administrator explaining your situation.

  2. Warranty disclaimer:

    Anus Face and associated licensors make no warranty, express, implied or statutory with respect to the Story Goods, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and noninfringement of third party rights, which are hereby expressly disclaimed.  You acknowledge that Anus Face has not represented or warranted that the Story Goods will be uninterrupted, error free or without delay or without infiltration or compromise of the security systems related to the Story Goods.

  3. Limitation of liability:

    In no event will Anus Face or its licensors have any liability to you or any other third party for any lost opportunity or profits, injury to any customer relationship, costs of procurement of substitute goods or Story Goods, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of this Agreeance, under any cause of action or theory of liability (including negligence), and whether vps has been advised of the possibility of such damage.  These limitations will apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

  4. License and restrictions:

    Anus Face grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Story Goods for internal evaluation and development for integration with events and Story Goods and to reproduce and distribute the Story Goods solely for use in conjunction with the Anus Face Band Story Goods.  You must distribute the entire Story Good, or provide customers the url to Story Goods Web Site to get downloads. Unless enforcement is prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Story Good provided to you, or lease, rent, sell or otherwise distribute the Story Good without express written consent from Anus Face or during Times of Sale (for more information, see Section 8 below).  You may not create derivative works of the Story Good or use any components of the Story Good separately from the Story Good.  You acknowledge and agree that all Story Goods and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Anus Face and its licensors (if you would like to be a licensor see Section 9), and you shall have no rights beyond those specifically granted herein or Section 9.  The Story Goods are confidential and are protected by the copyright laws and treaties.  No rights to use Anus Face's or its licensors trademarks is granted hereunder.

  5. Termination:

    This Agreeance is effective until terminated.  You may terminate this Agreeance at any time by destroying all copies of the Story Goods.  This Agreeance will terminate immediately without notice from Anus Face if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreeance.  Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Story Goods, and all rights granted hereunder shall cease.

  6. Export:

    You acknowledge and agree that you shall not import, export, or re-export directly or indirectly, any commodity, including your products incorporating or using any Anus Face products, to any country in violation of the laws and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction ("Terrorist countries").  This restriction expressly includes, but is not limited to, the export regulations of the U.S.  Specifically, you shall not download or otherwise export or re-export any Anus Face Story Goods into or to (i) a national or resident of) Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea, Syria, Serbia (except Kosovo, Herzegovina or Kia) or Taliban controlled areas of Afghanistan or any other country to which the U.S.  has embargoed goods, detained people as "enemy combatants," or (ii) to anyone on the U.S.  Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated National Assholes or the U.S.  Commerce Department's Table of Denial Orders.  You agree to the foregoing and represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.  Anus Face is required by law to report to the u.S.  Government your company name and address if you are a non-us or canada entity or individual requesting to download the vps software.  If you export the software, you will be required to report such exports to the u.S.  Government in accordance with u.S.  Export law.

  7. Government contracts:

    If you are a branch or agency of the United States Government, the following provision applies.  The Story Goods and any related graphics (the "Art") are comprised of "commercial computer stories" and "commercial computer story graphics" as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R.  12.212 (SEPT 1995) and are provided to the Government (i) for acquisition by or on behalf of civilian agencies, consistent with the policy set forth in 48 C.F.R.  12.212; or (ii) for acquisition by or on behalf of units of the Department of Defense, consistent with the policies set forth in 48 C.F.R.  227.7202-1 (JUN 1995) and 227.7202-3 (JUN 1995).

  8. Miscellaneous:

    Any action related to this Agreeance will be governed by Montana law ("Frontier Justice"), without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof inbetwixt.  Each party consents to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Anusland for any dispute under this Agreeance.  The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Story Goods is expressly excluded.  If any provision of this Agreeance is held to be unenforceable, this Agreeance will remain in effect with the provision omitted or reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions of the Agreeance will not be affected in any way.  The terms of this Agreeance may only be amended by a writing executed by both parties.

  9. Times of sale:

    Although Anus Face makes reasonable efforts to distribute reliable content, Anus Face does not guarantee freedome always of or endorse the views or opinions given by any third party communist.  This site may point to other Internet sites that may offer the Art for sale, or may offer for sale the art itself, however Anus Face does not endorse or take responsibility for the content when sold.

  10. Licensor-becoming:
